the other day i was riding on the bus on a cold windy day

as we were approaching a stop i saw a lady with some groceries and poo poo running towards the bus waving her arms wildly, but the bus driver didn't see her and so he didn't stop

and i watched the WHOLE THING and did NOTHING about it

I'm the cancer killing this world

I'm pretty sure half of the people on that bus probably mumbled something and then felt like it wasn't their fault after the bus driver didn't notice.  At least you feel bad about it!!

by the way, this topic is intended for others to share there stories of why they are the cancer killing this world

i'm not sure if i felt bad though, i felt something, just not sure what it was

Probably some kind of remorse idk, that's what I would think anyway.

I ride public transportation for about two hours every day so I'm sure as I think I will be able to remember lots of time this has happened to me.

it's called diffusion of responsibility, natural social response to some problem seen by a lot of people witnessing even violent crimes.  Just remember that if you don't do anything no one else will either.  Not that I do anything.

it would have been way cooler if she was hit by a car, then i would have told everyone!

I hate old people/babies/cripples because they take up priority seating on the bus/skytrain and force me to stand up for minutes on end. This probably makes me a bad person. Also I am terribly racist.

in south wales I always say thanks to the bus driver when I get off because they're such nice people. In london they never get that because there's two doors and everyone gets off on the back one :(

Just yell "CHEERIO, METRO COACH DRIVER PIP PIP" really loud when you get off the back.

on the bus again today and somebody left there keys/student id on the bus, like i care

luckily for the owner some really eccentric guy brought them to the ask desk on campus

While I'm studying, I leave dirty dishes lying around.

True story:  I stole a clock from work once.  Yeah, a clock lol.  Brand new in the box.  It was just one of those cheap plastic wall-mounted ones you see in offices everywhere.  It broke down about 6 months in, and ever since i've been "cursed" with wall clocks.  Everytime I buy one now it fetchs up within 3 months lol.

That bus thing is pretty common - i've seen a driver close the doors on someone's face before and then drive off, because the guy was 1 second too late getting there.
