Thunder I don't think you know what you're getting into. 3d engines take a lot more time to make then a 3d game. I think you'll be surprised by how much work it is.
So you're saying that your engine will be able to use several 3d file formats, support polygon culling, a graphical user interface, a particle effects generator, billboarding, shadow rendering (texture based), or any of the other numerous features that modern day graphics engines should support?
