It makes sense though, Microsoft makes all of their money because of software whereas Apple makes it on their hardware. Mavericks will reduce fragmentation so it will be interesting to see if Microsoft has any hardware surprises to announce in the future to try and make a dent in that area

I actually like the case insensitivity in Windows, it makes writing stuff for command line and Powershell that much easier
