just to throw in an answer to my own question, my town was very much a D&D town with a small group of people who played some WoD stuff (Vampire and Mage mostly) but since i moved i've been in games of Pathfinder, Star Wars Saga Edition, and L5R with a couple one-shots in Exalted

pretty much. i think i played all of one session of Vampire and thank god it was with a group that sat around a table and didn't do LARP poo poo.

I have a lot of games that require a lot of dice.

it's a lot easier to blow off a roll20 game, especially when everyone is in different timezones

Weekends would be better for me.  Depending on time of day, I'd be down for next Saturday.

i'd probably have to go to work or someone else would at the time everyone else is available

which is how every roll20 game ends up dying
