hey guys i'm back...

to that guy saying the navy seals would own. using the millenia-year-superior technology argument is pretty much a coward's argument.

also yesterday I was at the Animation Exhibit at the New York Hall of Science. Awesome! And my spring break just started yesterday!

And I just watched a recorded episode of the Big Bang Theory and the episode with the really smart North Korean kid makes me feel a little awkard, since he sounds a little like me: An intelligent asian with a non-asian accent.
With or without modern weaponry, the Seals could destroy any ancient warriors because they are bigger and stronger

i hope you don't think this means a seal with just a ka-bar knife and no kevlar/tactical vest can solo a bunch of spartans, knights, samurai's, vikings, assyrians, babylonians, sumerians, israelites, syrians, egyptians, arabs/saracens, persian immortals, turks, huns, mongols, anglo-saxons, macedonian hoplites, romans, byzantines, and possibly countless other ancient or traditional warrior groups charging at him.

of course not, but if they were equipped with the same weapons, the seal would win since they have modern training & nutrition

I disagree.

Greek Spartans are trained at very young ages and have extremely muscular physiques and give them their bronze armor + spartan shield and they'd be near-unstoppable in melee combat.

And don't forget the Celts had their own empire in ancient Europe as well.
