It isn't broken. My feather weight should not be fighting your heavy weight. And your heavy weight shouldn't have fought that fly weight. In Show #2 I might try to match people per weight and not randomly.

what about this:

Height - The fighter's height in inches. This affects his reach. In each fight, the taller fighter has half his height advantage (in inches) added to speed and half to agility.

how does that make any sense, wouldn't a lumbering giant like mine be slower and less agile?

probably far too few people on this website to do this, unless in show two everyone makes a fighter within a very tight height range

fact is this system is too open-ended for a small competition like this and too complex to be implemented over a large enough group to be able to divide it up into classes
