Diceman tells me this game is better than Civ V BEFORE expansions, but not AFTER.
Once the expansions are released for BE it will be better than Civ V, he says.

of course, you'll have to pay extra for it, and it looks like they haven't even started working on it since the teaser is just a concept art montage, but hey it's something

Ahhh sheeeeeet, not a damned tablet game.  That could have been cool, especially if someone made a Star Wars or Star Trek mod from it.  Shame.

my hope is that it'll be something like Neptune's Pride, which would be a great tablet game but is also totally engrossing and very deep
