Yes, I still need a capture card.  All my money is tied up in "pregnant wife" and "moving next month" so if anyone has one they can spare, I'll make sure they become the first WWWoWWW Champion.  Alternately, I was also going to get a cheap digital video camcorder  and hook my AV cables into it, since I could also use the video camera for other stuff, but that's another "ZMann spends money on stuff that isn't wife and new apartment" solution so it'd have to wait.

Employee discount aside, there are several games for the Wii that I wouldn't want to play on any other system.  Boom Blox and the new Sin & Punishment, for example, would not work nearly as well on any other console.  Also, I like the Mario and Metroid franchises.

If I had the money though, I would own all 3 systems.  Smackdown Vs. RAW series has always been better on PS3, and I liked playing Orange Box, Oblivion and Fallout 3 without monkeying around with my schizophrenic computer.

That being said, I enjoy my Wii and will continue to enjoy it even after I no longer work at Nintendo, which will actually be next week since I just got a new job.

I decided to see how well this would work using the camcorder on my phone.  I think I prefer using the annotations for dialogue (especially for covering the "Now Loading" screen between scenes), but the image definitely comes out too bright, and there's really no way for me to control the wrestlers while holding the camera, so matches are still out of the question.  Still, it's progress...

More preview stuff.  Here's some entrances.  The first one is YWOC, Dissident, DZ and Bjorno.  The second one is EJ, Ducis and ZIGS.  The music and announcer audio is temporary, and consists entirely of what's available in Wii SvR 2010.  The full version of WWWoWWW will have custom music and audio by myself and my buddy Geoff.

That dissident one was especially gooood.

can you edit the crowd signage??

The one for ZIGS was my personal favorite.  I can't believe I missed this topic before now!!

I might have a PCI capture card laying around, if I can find it I will send it out
