I don't understand how to mod a map. The second post in this tread says something about T-H.bmp and T-l.bmp but I don't see those anywhere. Please someone help me be winner. :(

Did Cirus or EJ ever figure it out?  I remember they were working on it for ages but couldn't get it.

It is currently only known how to change the textures, lighting, and height map. Changing where objects and checkpoints are is currently unknown.
Also, I think your problem Sharamall is that you forgot to unzip CarZ. You'll need WinZip or 7-Zip.

Someone should try changing all the textures of a map (other than the road) to building textures and altering the height map by raising all terrain (other than the road) to make it higher than the road, and try to make the track look like a cramped city road. That would be sweet.

Is there any way I can borrow the models and edit them in Maya?

You need to get permission from Lord Stell first.

Hi, winners. I made a little guide for you on modding terrain using L3DT. I just made it in a couple hours, and it is still needs some work, but in the spirit of BROTRR, I though I'd release it anyway.
