I was looking over foods that are good for the brain and inevitably I found myself looking into antioxidants. Free radical oxygen atoms/molecules can start a change reaction where cell damage and cell death can occur. I think the smoothie I made had all the beneficial antioxidants besides coenzyme Q. I'm a little overwhelmed with other things right now and lost my references except uno sentence from my chem text book. That 40% of the elemental mass of the earths crust is composed of oxygen.

Anyway:

skim milk
plain greek yogurt

*powdered cocoa
*buckwheat honey

Use a blender and it's done under 1 minute

The frozen berry mix contains blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. I'd like to have cranberries in there but oh well.

I wonder how incredibly high you were when you wrote that.

So it's a very plain smoothie that is high in antioxidants, got it
