I loaded up BROTRR so I could get some sweet gaming action, and I started hearing a faint high-pitched squeal.
 I was confused and shut down big rigs (it hurt me to do so) The sound stopped. I started up the program again to see if it was just a temporary problem, but I continued to hear this noise. I shut off my speakers to no avail, the same with my monitor.
Seeing as Big Rigs is absolutely perfect, I realized that this must not have been a problem, but rather; a sign. I think that the almighty rigs are trying to tell me something though this high-pitched squeal, but I'm not sure what.

does anybody perhaps have an idea to what they are trying to communicate?

 

I think you need to record this sounds by some means so that we can get a better picture of what is happening.

Is it coming from your disc drive or inside of your case?

Maybe you should hook up a truck horn to your PC using 1337 h4x0rz ski11z so you can better understand what the Almighty Rigs are trying to tell you.

Of course! The Almighty Rigs would greatly benefit from a more suitable means of communication. A BIG RIG horn would most certainly do the trick. BRN,
