I visited a mirin processor yesterday and got 300 ml of cooking mirin for free (also went to a real traditional Japanese restaurant and ate wheat mochi among like, 15 other things.) what should i cook because i can't bring it home tomorrow and I couldn't live with myself if i wasted it. Maybe should i just drink it in shots all day? It's a health food
