Welcome back! I am posting to let you guys know about my current progress on Bigger Riggers: Big Rigs 2.

Basically, all I need to do is prepare the rest of the cut scenes in GIMP, and then I'll have the game ready to ship. After I'm finished with the cut scenes, however, I'll probably need a beta tester or two to try out the game before release (or does that go against the Stellar Stone way?

Also, Bigger Riggers is now officially Bark! Entertainment's debut title; I have discontinued the NSS Software moniker. I am going to contact GameMill Entertainment about licensing or publishing options for the game; any suggestions on what to include in my message?

Finally, I am considering making an OUYA version of Bigger Riggers. Unlike the Windows version, Bigger Riggers for OUYA would feature a top-down 2D perspective while racing; everything else will stay the same, if possible.

Any questions?

I'll definitely play-test it for you if you still want to shoot me a link.  I have factory shutdown for the next 4 days (maybe longer if they fire me over the fuse-box I broke today) so I'll have some free time. I don't really use any social networks, but you can message me here or at my Youtube channel with a link if you don't want to post it due to potential game-breaking bugs.

I totally empathize with game developers that have to play-test their own game 10,000 times in order to find glitches. There is nothing worse than getting 150+ downloads and then realizing that not one of those players was able to complete the project.

I just played and finished Bigger Riggers; it was very  :stamp:

I only ran into two bugs and they're pretty minor. The music on the South America track doesn't play in story-mode and neither does the music during the maze mini-game. Concerning the latter, it'll play for a second or two and then suddenly stop.

The story was riveting and I was disappointed that there wasn't more of it. You left a rigger hanging, man. You need to finish this.

Thank you for the feedback!

And don't worry, I'll finish the story whenever I get free time (next week is Finals Week, and I need lots of time to study)!

EDIT: The music bugs should be fixed now. However, no additional work has been done on the cutscenes yet.

I don't believe I will need any further beta testing. Thank you very much for your help, Nameless!
Do you want me to put your name in the credits?

Do you want me to put your name in the credits?

That's not necessary but you can include me if you really want to.

I was making up the demo for Bigger Riggers, when I saved over my file for the entire Bigger Riggers project! Since I had eliminated un-needed levels and frames to conserve space, that means I won't be able to work on them anymore (unless I recreate them, which will set me back weeks or more).

Is there any way to retrieve a previous save of a Multimedia Fusion 2 project? I tried System Restore, but none of the recent save states for System Restore would work.

Now I am hoping this is just a horrible nightmare! :unhappy:

Try this: http://www.filehippo.com/download_recuva

Hopefully you can recover it.

Would it help if I uploaded my copy of Bigger Riggers that you sent me to test? I've never used Multimedia Fusion 2.

I still have the version I sent you to test, but I can't do anything with it myself.

However, I sent a PM yesterday to Mathias on the Clickteam Community Forums asking about possibly converting the .EXE to a .MFA project file usable by Multimedia Fusion 2. Apparently, he had developed a decompiler for that purpose, but he is keeping it private to help deter copyright infringement of projects created with MMF2. I hope he gets back to me by the weekend!

And after I get everything back to normal, I promise I will be sure to make a backup file of the project!

I have still not received a response from Mathias. It seems he was last on yesterday evening, but even when he did log on recently, I didn't get a message. I think I'll send him another message about the matter.

Because of this (and also because of the fact that I have not heard from Desura about puiblishing my game), I am delaying the release of Bigger Riggers: Big Rigs 2 indefinitely. Hopefully, the game won't be delayed too far in the future, though!

In the meantime, however, here's the Demo Version of the game!

EDIT: I forgot to mention that yes, the Demo Version is Windows-only like the full game will be.

Since Desura has declined to publish Bigger Riggers, I will be needing a new distribution platform for the game. Any suggestions?
