Tried to plan the settlement in advance, seems to be going OK so far




Houses with a tailor, woodcutter & blacksmith along the bottom, a school at the top left, and a well on the bottom left




Building little "industrial zones" like this with lots of surrounding trees a short distance away from your houses is great




Trading post.  The little question mark above it is because I currently don't have any citizens working it

Yeah you really don't need anyone working in your first trading post until a trader actually arrives.
