Because it is JavaScript, not Java. Also, there is no "flo" about it. You have to do some minimal coding. I would recommend using the "px" version, because it doesn't limit your resolution. Also, the 3D features are kind of shaky, so you should just stick to the 2D drawing commands, of which there are several. My bouncing ball web toy was an example of this engine, and right now I am making another called Big Black Gun Girl.
