Religion is responsible for most of this  filth. The Zoroastrians won't cremate or bury corpses because they believe it will make the Four Elements impure. Hindus won't touch cows or excrement because they are holy.

It's not completely to blame but it certainly is part of the problem. I love Hinduism, my religion, Wodenism, borrowed many elements from the ancient Hindu masters. I might sound biased but I am pro-Hindu.

It's the clash of religion and modernization caused by the Indian's unwillingness to adapt to the new urban societal structure by modifying their beliefs, in the process spreading prodigious amounts of filth in their own place of living.  I guess if they're fine with it then there's no problem but I won't be going there.

Fun fact: I knew a guy that had this card (which was pretty expensive) and I tried very hard to get him to trade it but he never did. It's ok because I managed to trade a Shifting Wall for his Ball Lightning which was a pretty sweet deal
