In the rare occasion that I actually listen to music while working out it is generally something with a decent tempo and a good amount of bass.  So I just put my dnb list on shuffle.

I also used to listen to Ronald Jenkees's Rocky Song Remixed a lot.

That is what I generally do as well.

Back in my high school weights classes the radio was always tuned to the CLASSIC ROCK station and Foreplay/Long Time was on at least every other day.
