And it is quite hard to get good at Guitar as fast as Rock Band. I play Bass Guitar. Rock Band/Guitar Hero is a totally different experience.

200$ will buy you more than a starter instrument for a lot of things. Not to mention playing a real instrument is much more beneficial (and could get you chicks unicorn YEAH) than spending hours per day playing virtual instruments over crappy songs.
