Well some people (Dr. Grey) are just easily amused, and that's fine with me.I think the Wii has started a necessary shift in the direction of progress for this industry. A ceiling has been reached in terms of performance, as clearly demonstrated by the failure of the PS3, so the next frontier is how we play. Motion is natural, it lowers the requirements for entry and allows for much more interaction with the game. The Wiimote and Sixaxis are the earliest incarnations and are thus not all that great but obviously things are picking up and will become much more interesting as the technology and execution improves.That said, the Wii is a casual gaming wasteland, and I hope you REALLY enjoy Galaxy and TP because it's all you're getting (besides Metroid).
What about paralyzed people? how are they going to play games in the future????
