I will lead this project, if no one else will. We have a few open slots:

Engine programmer
Script Programmer
3D Artist

Pick one that suits you. If you pick Engine Programmer, then you get to decide which game engine we use, and modify it to suit our needs. If you pick Script Programmer, you write the interfaces, levels, etc. This might be the hardest job, so multiple people can fill this role. If you pick 3D Artist, you get the pleasure of modeling the Rigs, and any props for the levels that aren't already there.

I'll do the 3D modeling, but you better keep the coffee in the break room coming, and don't skimp on the bagels during office meetings.  Also you'll need to pay to train me in 3D modeling.

Problem is none of us can do the more important roles (engine/script programming) except for AI sim and that's probably too much for one man to do, unless we use an engine which gives us everything to start with.

Good news is there's about fifty of us who can do 3d modelling so that's not an issue.
