The Beginner's Guide is walking simulator where you must walk through games made by the Prison Architect devs during the years 2008-2011. The games are all awful, even by Prison Architect dev standards, but the stupid narrator acts like they're all genius and crap! The game randomly crashes if you don't have Windows fonts installed, I guess it's just a way to artificially extend the game. The game also writes its saves to the game folder instead of respecting $XDG_CONFIG_DIR or $XDG_DATA_DIR, so if you try to "Verify integrity of game cache" to fix the crashes (which never works) it will just delete your save. I guess I'll have to watch a let's play to see the stupid ending. I don't recommend this "game"
