Google Play charges a one-time fee of $25 to prevent spam, but Amazon doesn't care you can even upload someone else's apk and sell it.

UPDATE added a navigation drawer and you can see your PMs now (the first page anyway). Also post times should no longer be in the future as long as you're logged in and correctly set your "timezone offset" in Look and Layout
