All those attacks go right through the big rigs. The big rigs use the sheer force of WINNER. Samus and co. all die.

The Big Rigs cannot be destroyed in any form whatsoever because they control the grey void that allows them to manipulate time and space, and they are the very beings of WINNER, meaning Stell will protect them from any harm.
