Huh.  Perhaps they'll actually make it decent this time. 

I guess they'll use that newer graphics engine which was used for Skyrim, so hopefully the game won't be incredibly unstable and buggy like the last one.

Not hyped, just hoping they don't make a big balls-up of it.

If by "newer engine" you mean "old engine with a new name and a couple of new things thrown in", then yeah, probably. Apparently it's also coming to xbox 360 and PS3 so don't expect a huge leap forward in any regard (hopefully it's not true)

Hindsight is weird as years later I realize I hated fallout 3 and I can't pinpoint why.

Where did you hear they are aiming at the previous generation consoles?  Bethesda have released practically nothing about the game

xbox 360 and PS3 logos were found on the website. Could be just remnant stuff from previous games though and I truly hope so
