Holy poo poo, first I start downloading and RIAA cracks down on my school, then I go home and rip music I bought legally and they start cracking down on that too

WHERE WILL IT END

Listen guys you may not like the rules but if people are allowed to illegaly download music then artists like Blackout Band might go starving and die from easily curable illnesses because they're too poor to afford a dollars worth of penicillin.

Blackout band is so successful that they don't even care. They probably pull in millions every month.

WHERE WILL IT END

The way the current situation is going, I bet artists themselves will eventually be sued for having digital copies of the very music they created on their personal computers without owning a legal retail copy.

The RIAA's only purpose is to make people who record and/or listen to music lives' more miserable.  I could also see this happening: Once you buy a retail CD, you can listen to it once and only once, for listening to it more than that is considered illegal multiple plays.  If you want to listen to the CD/Album again, go out and by another copy.
