They actually acknowledged Benoit very briefly yesterday during the Monday Night Wars episode featuring WCW's cruiserweight division.

I think Podcast One offers them sweet deals and wrestling has a good niche audience that will listen to them on a consistent basis.  I listen to most of the podcasts, but I tune out whenever they begin to talk about material other than wrestling.
