One of the questions in my last interview was "Describe a time when you greatly exceeded expectations" and I talked about the first (and only) time I did tile.

This got my interviewer extremely horny so she was all like "Oh that's a hard job! That's what my husband does for a living!" and I was like "yeah, my knees were killing me!" and then she got out of her chair and KISSED MY KNEES (!) It was weird but extremely hot

Anyway, describe a time when YOU greatly exceeded expectations.
