Hey guys. We all want to go to Japan at one point or another. Here's a place to dump all of the things we're looking forward to so when the moment is right for travel, this topic can be referenced for an itinerary.

I saw recently in a video on the history conveyor belt sushi joints that there's a fish farm where a man found feeding the fish the right amount of yuzu (a native citrus fruit) made them taste citrus-like. He was developing a strawberry flavored fish. I'm looking forward to eating this.

I'm also looking forward to seeing if men really do wear tights like this on the streets of Tokyo (outside of Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara, etc.)

The best thing about Japan is all the cute girls would practice their English on me.

Also I'd probably be taller than everyone, which is cool

I'm looking forward to drinking the alcohol that Japan doesn't export because Americans don't no how to properly enjoy it in America.

yeah warm sake is great

I'm not sure any other single item of food or drink has ever been as instantly gut wrenching as a shot of warm sake

i went to one of those hibachi grill places a couple months ago and the chef guy (who was actually Asian, good job Montana), was squirting sake out of one of those condiment bottles you see in diners.

i think i managed to down a 3rd of the bottle from 4 feet away it was rad
