Looks a bit bulky and cumbersome, I'd like it better if it were some sort of miniature cartridge

Now I feel like making minatures

yeah that looks stupid as hell, most of my USB ports would block usage of that thing and it looks flimsy.

this is just the kind of backwards nostalgia-fueled nonsense I would expect from reddit.  Rather than basking in the near-instant purchase-to-play digital utopia gaming is enjoying now, these idiots want to go back to the stone age with a half-assed solution.  Is anyone even going to use the "cartridge" more than once, rather than just copying the game off of it and not having to deal with the encumbrance?

I think an instant download coupled with some digital goodies (maybe manual/"feelies" in PDF form) or the box experience would be the best solution, but not limiting it to those silly bulky USB drives.

I thought it was kind of a neat idea when I saw it yesterday, but this has ended up being the dumbest thing I could have imagined for it.

It looks like they just took one of those credit card-shaped USB drives from China and stuck a sticker on it. I was thinking they would at least attempt to make the USB drive look like a game cartridge.

no m8 the usb is just your "install disk" you play it off your hard drive like any other game m8
then you put it back on the shelf after masturbating to the game artwork and full color manual while listening to the soundtrack CD m8

I don't remember any NES games that came with the soundtrack.
