I always have this sauce in my home I love it so much. Tapatío is also pretty great. Sriracha is great. I bought my brother a cool pack of hot sauces from some local vendor here for Christmas (SHHH DON'T TELL) so I will try all those and comment later. I also love hot sauce.

Tobasco sauce is more or less flavored vinegar which is why it compliments many American dishes so well.
