RetroPie is a bit outdated now anyway.

Emulation Station is no longer needed and just makes things more complicated since RetroArch has its own built-in frontend now.
And it still uses dgen for Sega Genesis emulation which is way inferior to Picodrive! smh

I've been wanting to release my own emulation image for RPi

Maybe I'll do that today

But MK808 is still a much better device for emulation, especially SNES and PS1!!

Wow openelec 3.1.7 is out now

"This release includes some bugfixes and improvements. Besides the usual bugfixes and package updates we also added some more backports from XBMC Gotham for RaspberryPi (again many thanks to 'Popcornmix for the help and support here) as well as "Dual Audio output" for RaspberryPi."

wow

Yeah that's about what I figured, I have heard a lot of bad things about PS1 emulation

argh usb issues back
[  738.096095] ERROR::dwc_otg_hcd_urb_enqueue:514: Not connected

Google search says that it might b either the power supply or usb cable (more likely I think)

what are you using to power yours? Nexus 7 charger?

Might try this special adafruit charger for rpi
http://www.adafruit.com/products/501

It's 5.25V instead of 5V  to make up for possible voltage drop

If that doesn't work I'll bury my RPi in the back yard and cry

Some random micro usb charger I found, same specs as the N7 charger though.
