Not much is different, but it feels a bit smoother on my Nexus 7.

Earlier today I went to Best Buy, and I overheard a conversation between a customer and an employer regarding the Chromecast.   The customer wanted to buy a Chromecast to stream everything from his computer to his television.  Poor fellow was in for a surprise.
