Long story short we managed to stone-to-flesh a hallway, grease it up, and get shot out into an army of goblins. :laugh:

No, but the demon we were talking to was. The demon wasn't petrified though. As we were leaving we heard something at the top of the stairs that were leading into the hallway. I tossed some grease onto the steps and four goblins slipped, fell, and broke their necks. A goblin at the top of the stairs shot a fireball down them at us. It lit the grease on fire and the air we had was slowly being burned away (We were no less than 50 feet below the ground in a dungeon.) Our wizard has a Rod of Wonder that does random things each time it's used. I yelled at him to point it at the hallway and to use it. the random thing it did was stone-to-flesh. Anything that stepped into the now fleshly hallway would cause it to constrict and crush anything inside. Since the grease was on fire it snapped shut and put it out and then slowly opened back up. Unfortunately now we were seemingly trapped in a room with a sex demon where the only exit would crush you. Our solution? We all greased up from my grease stash, scared the hallway so it expanded, and jumped in. When it clenched shut it shot us out, up the hallway, into the army of goblins.

sounds like a successful game of DND.
My main goal when playing is to subvert the DM's plans and to use USE ROPE and SUMMON SWARM as much as possible.
