I'm excited about Firefox OS and I'm sure you are too!!
I think it will conquer the low-end market!!!

Android 4.0 is too bloated to run on low-end smartphones, that's why they still sell phones with Android 2.3!!!
FF OS is already proven to run well on Raspi-level hardware and will give an even greater experience on higher-end smartphones!!

Today I downloaded the FF OS Simulator and it was a lot of fun!!

These are not your typical web apps oh no!!
They can be packaged just like Android or iOS apps and Mozilla has implemented many great APIs to access all of the hardware!!!

It has been ported to a few Android devices (Nexus S, Galaxy SII, and Galaxy Nexus) I'm not sure about others.
Idk it it's gonna be like Ubuntu Touch which is based on the C parts of Cyanogenmod, making it very easy to port if your device already supports CM.

The Firefox Marketplace apps will run in Firefox for Android tho apparently.
