Im just wondering why all Vietnamese restaurants that serve lunch/dinner food open at 9 AM where all other restaurants with the same type of food open at like 10:30 or 11?

Do Vietnamese culturally eat an early lunch or anything? I probably need Rowdy for this one

I think all asian countries just eat whatever food at whatever time. Only western countries have specific "breakfast food."

Vietnamese people often times eat pho and other noodle dishes before 8AM. They also drink a lot of tea and coffee in the morning.

One time I bought noodles during the day and didn't eat them until night.

i eat pizza for breakfast and waffles for lunch on a regular basis, i have also been known to eat cereal for dinner
