A barber in San Francisco is a gay white man who charges 40$ a haircut where in the rest of the country a barber is a man who is not white who charges 14 a haircut


So I still think it is more or less a salon that you go to but i'll take your word for it

I am not in San Francisco, big difference. That being said it's $25 and anywhere cheaper would only get you a neighborhood black barber who yells at you and doesn't listen to anything you say

25 dollars is a salon priced haircut. Low side of it for sure.

I've never seen an actual barber who charges over 16.

Wtf? Hahahahah any barber around here charges around $12 bucks for a normal haircut. Circus must be getting frosted tips and a cute little ski-jump that makes all the boys go crazy for him in their little salon party.

Cheapest salon price for something decent I'd about $50 out here, average runs about $75 I'd say. Even if there was a $15 barber why not pay 10 bucks more for a good cut?? Never understood going dirt cheap on barbers

We're not arguing about the merits of going to a salon, you said that you get your haircut at a regular barber like the rest of us


25 is a cheap salon, not an expensive barber

Yeah that is true in places that aren't the bay area, everything is stupidly expensive here

I just did a google search for san Francisco barber shop prices and most are 15 or 17, just like here. I found ONE that is 30.
