Men using lip balm

#1 19-06-2013, 07:44:21 AM
What do you guys think of men using stuff like "Burts Bees" on their lips? I mean obviously the glittery girly stuff is gay, but is it ok for a man to use regular lip moisturizer or should he just sack up and deal with dry lips? Please advise.

Dry lips are usually a sign of dehydration. I'd recommend drinking more water as a first course of action, mainly because I don't like how lip balm feels. I don't think it's unmanly at all.

I have no idea why anybody would think using lip balm or chapstick would be unmanly but then again I've met a person or two before that thought it was some great crime if a man used an umbrella when it was raining outside (and these fine folks, I might add, were completely drenched all the time whenever it rained because they are stupid and dumb)

I don't want to be misunderstood. Obviously plain chapstick is perfectly manly and normal medicine. I'm more curious about like "Burts Bees Honey" and "Peppermint" and etc.

My skin is so dry that I have to carry around Burts Bees cuticle cream.  Using lip balm is not unmanly at all, no worries

When I get dry lips I eat a stick of butter as messily as possible and it works wonders.
