I have this game on Steam but haven't played in forever. I installed it to play on a whim and when I entered my key it says it is already in use by another account. No response from support. Have I been skrag'd?

I fixed it the problem is I had 2 uplay accounts the one ive used recently and the one I used like 5 years ago and for some reason this game was tied to that one
