Yes, that's the glorry of it. You dont need a dedicated server to run it. Anyone with a faily nice connection can host.

My connection is usually always up, though I don't have a static IP (usually changes every 3 days or so).

Still, it's better than nothing.

And at the very least I can host the .exe file for everyone else to download if you don't have anywhere to host it.
