E-Books?

#1 05-02-2013, 10:02:46 AM
I did two things to try and gander at a book. First I found and exact torrent description with authors name, but it looks dismal and hopeless. Second I looked at a lump collection of physics E-Books torrent but couldn't find the exact book I wanted within.

The book is from a wiki footnote Itzhak Bars; John Terning (November 2009). Extra Dimensions in Space and Time. Springer. pp. 27–. ISBN 978-0-387-77637-8. http://books.google.com/books?id=fFSMatekilIC&pg=PA27. Retrieved 1 May 2011. and it all started about a Planck epoch conversation where I said that the first time we can say anything meaningful about the universe is at 10^-43 seconds after the big bang.

Anyway, I'll admit to not being too internet savy with downloading things I want and it's only the tip of the ice burg as wiki can have a crap load of footnotes to books.

Any advice?

As was stated, what.cd has a lot.  They also have a lot of topics with an ungodly amount of sites you can use to try and find more.

Cool.

I left Bitcomet running on a computer through the night (I like Tixati better but who cares.) Download is at 43 % for a compressed file of only 3.5 megs.

OK fetch! Just as I was typing this...

I got back to my own PC where I turned the download off on Tixati more than 14 hours ago at 14 % and turned it back on as I stepped out to get some coffee and it's done!
