I always figured it was too goofy bullpoo poo for any serious metalhead but I see people listening to it all over, maybe there's some kind of witty satire of the metal scene that I don't get

I watched season 1 almost non stop because I thought it was so hilarious, and then immediately got bored of season 2 because it wasn't really that clever after all. Once I got past the metal references it wasn't the same

Well I liked the first two seasons a lot, but I haven't watched any of the show since then. The first album was amusing, but as kind of a goofy joke. I never listened to the second album and never really felt all that motivated to.
