Does LoR add anything to non byzantine games?

i don't think so, most of the major features like the new faction system and so on were included in the patch, i think LoR just opens up events and features as the Byzzies but besides the Greeks I think Armenians and some other ethnic group are able to do the things the Greeks can do (like blind/castrate people)
