I actually still like Chicago style, but when it comes to high quality of either style I prefer NY. That doesn't look like very good NY style pizza though. The best NY style pizza I ever was Zia Pizza in San Diegohttp://www.ziagourmetpizza.com/http://kpbs.media.clients.ellingtoncms.com/uploads/Zia_Pizzas_t600.JPG?4326734cdb8e39baa3579048ef63ad7b451e7676http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_gVFSZDcKt5M/TF22bGeZKFI/AAAAAAAABl8/V3vzkgrBYL4/s1600/IMG_7976.JPG

Quote from: Grignr on 22-04-2012, 09:15:31 AMSo what exactly are the differences between these two pizza types? We only have Turkish guys making pizza here, it's pretty good.NY pizza is a thin crust with thin layers of sauce, cheese and toppings while Chicago style can be several inches (or centimeters, if you prefer) thick with sauce and toppings and has a much thicker crust. NY style is designed to be folded and is oily on top while Chicago is just totally greasy. NY pizza is easier/quicker to eat and is more authentic to Italian pizza.I'll let you figure out which is which:http://i.imgur.com/0gLYH.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/KkjV8.jpg
