So what exactly are the differences between these two pizza types? We only have Turkish guys making pizza here, it's pretty good.

So what exactly are the differences between these two pizza types? We only have Turkish guys making pizza here, it's pretty good.

NY pizza is a thin crust with thin layers of sauce, cheese and toppings while Chicago style can be several inches (or centimeters, if you prefer) thick with sauce and toppings and has a much thicker crust.  NY style is designed to be folded and is oily on top while Chicago is just totally greasy.  NY pizza is easier/quicker to eat and is more authentic to Italian pizza.

I think all types of pizzas can be very delicious :)

authenticity is for yuppie pricks, go with the delicious inches, or cm if you prefer, of delicious sauce cheese and toppings
