I have a very specific taste-

Neither NY nor Chicago. I like freshly made thin crust pizza soaked in oil, like you might find at a number of cheap pizza joints in America. The specialty crap just ruins pizza for me. You don't put fish or olives on pizza. You don't make it SQUARE. You don't charge $20 for it. I just like a damn cheese pizza with extra cheese, almost no sauce, pretty thin and undercooked crust, and little bits of canadian bacon on it, served in a large cardboard box or on wax paper at a buffet. There's a certain sweet and slimy feeling to it.

With that said, I'm OK with frozen NY-style pizza as well.
