Just did it and it worked

Oh, and before all the "lol gamersgate, steam FTW!!!!!11", keep in mind lots of games nowadays are steamworks, which means you can get them for 15% off on gamersgate and then activate it on steam. So yeah, this is pretty much the greatest thing ever

One more thing, you can just use a fake email to sign up because IGN doesn't send a confirmation email. This is useful because apparently it doesn't like some emails for whatever reason so if it starts acting up, just keep trying with different ones

Hooray two free games and a discount I could possibly use in the future!!! I'd say it was worth the ten minutes it took, although neither of the two free games seems that interesting.
