Should I run a dev build of bukkit when it comes out or should I at least wait for a beta build?

No, the world will stay.  I won't reset it unless it's nearly unanimous.

Kentoss, do you know of a program that can delete large areas of the map easily?  We could trim to half the size without losing anything.

I'm pretty sure MCEdit or World Edit will do this. It would be good to regenerate areas to get the new biome features

lol yea it's like that for every release. 12-year-olds don't like to be behind and don't like to wait.

I'm willing to wait on 1.3, especially since an upgrade means I lose my Safe mod.
