In order for it to come with BROTRR pre-installed, the device would have to cost several millions of dollars (which true WINNERs would gladly pay so not really a problem)

I'd buy a Steller Stone tablet with the full back library of Steller Stone clazzics on the Steller Stone market of course it would be running windows 7 so I can play all these clazzics and would also contain the ultranav 2.0 with improved check point system and interface so I can safely get my Illegal Cargo to its destination without getting stopped by the  ULTIMATE TRAFFIC STOPPER: A POLICE ROADBLOCK. But we know the illegal cargo would be Steller Stone tablets so WINNERs camping outside the Steller Stone store would receive there Steller Stone tablet on time for Rigmas.
