a large spider once decided it would be a good idea to drop from the ceiling directly onto my head, I spent about a minute frantically running around my house screaming before reaching a sink and drowning the bastard.

Zigs, I don't think it's Brown Recluse, and even if it was, those bite pictures aren't real.

Spiders aren't a problem, I actually like them.  It's wasps who are the real cunts.  I was stung on the eyelid by one when I was very young, and I flatten the bastards with a newspaper whenever one flies through an open window.

Good story: once I had a duel with a wasp, the little poo poo tried to fly into my face but I kept on dodging out of the way and swinging my rolled up newspaper at the twat until I eventually hit it out of the air, then I found it again lying stunned on the carpet and finished it off.

Somehow I've never been stung by bees or wasps. When I was like 5 I would light off firecrackers on bees nests or hit wasp nests with a baseball bat. There once was a huge bee nest in between these to planks of wood. I once was wearing a sweater when I threw some firecrackers at a bees nest and about 10 minutes later my friend told me to look at my sweater. There were 15 or so dead bees on it.
