A friend of mine and I holed ourselves up in my bedroom for 72 hours.

I once beat Champions: Return to Call a 20 hour long game in 2 sittings with a friend. We only took a 5 minute break and resumed playing it. By the end, I was sweating and had my eyes closed half the time. I had an urge to pee and was extremely.  That is probably why it took us 10 times to beat the final boss.
